Per our communications, shipping, refunds, and covid19 restrictions policies. For the time being, We do not ship to Cuba or Russia. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. I will list other countries as I find out about them. I own more than one email address and business name with some mistakes so this is just to clarify in case there are any questions and/or uncertainty.

Unicorn Dolphin Studios cannot guarantee when you will receive your order(s). We accept returns/refunds in the following situations

. If you made a mistake with the shipping address and other information you have up to 48 hours or so or 24 hours during the holidays or busy times to email us at uicorndolphinstudiios@gmail.com with the correct information.

. If you accidentally ordered it please email us at the same address as above and let us know the reason for canceling the order. 

1. If the package obviously has outside damage and you don't open it you can always write refuse on the label of the package or on the package. 

2. Then you can return it to the company that delivered it to you.

3. Lastly email us at uicorndolphinstudiios@gmail.com with clear pictures of the proof of package damage.

The last type of return we accept as long as you email us at the email address above and show us the pictures is you open up the package(s) and there is obvious damage and/or defects so we can start the return(s)/refund(s)
