Your Own Funny Uplifting Metal Enameled Coffee Mug

This is a really uplifting coffee time enameled metal coffee mug that you can customize too.   If you really like the art and the words  I wrote the words myself except for the word sweet and elements which are provided by Canva.com   via the company terms and conditions and the privacy policy.

Note the information on returns, refunds, shipping times, our policies on communication, and CVID19 restrictions are towards the bottom of the description.  These are for your reference and for all to know to help answer your questions and to help clarify some of our company policies.

Dolphin Unicorn Studios and/or Dolphin Unicorn Studio cannot guarantee when you will receive your product(s).  The times listed are estimated.

The orders are sent to processing within 24 hours.  Once processed orders take 2 to four days for them to start production of the products. 

Est. Shipping times For the European Union, it is 3-10 business days. 

For the rest of the world, it is 5-14 business days not including holidays

For refunds/returns, all products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

However, note:

That if you made a  mistake with ordering with

- an incorrect mailing address

-  wrong color

-  wrong size

- you ordered accidentally

-  you just don't like it when you get it out of the package and not waiting days later. 

You only have 24 hours or less to contact us with a reason. If it takes days to let us know you ordered it would be too late as the order would be gone through. However, I have special instructions at the bottom of this description that would speed up the refund.

If you ordered the product as is and you did not customize it then It can be returned only under these condition(s)/circumstance(s).

1. You don't like it or It wasn't what you thought you ordered.  Just make sure to email us pictures and explanations for proof.  No pictures no refund and/or return/ replacement item. 

Per the company, COVID19 restrictions policies exchanges are usually not allowed.  It will take up to 30 days for your return to go through once approved.  We do process those as soon as we can.  If a package is obviously damaged or if you don't want it the moment you received it.  This isn't telling anyone what to do however  I have had luck doing it this way as a quicker way to get a refund back quicker.

A.  Pease email us and let us know if you received it after you tried to cancel but it was too late. then 1. write with a dark-colored marker on the label refused and try to hand it to your local delivery person quickly if the situation allows. 

2. If not you can put it in a bag and get the package over to the company that delivered it to you.  If you are unsure you can look up the company name on the computer or if they offer a phone number call them 

3.  Let them know you refused it due to the obvious damage on the outside or you accidentally ordered it and you don't want it.  Make sure to email us with the tracking number and let us know what happened.  That way you can keep track of it and see when it gets to where it goes and you eventually get your refund or there will be an explanation to you why not.
